By participating in any Windsor Royalties programs, events, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Participation and Conduct
All participants are expected to:

Respect leaders, peers, and community members

Abide by the guidelines of the specific program or event

Refrain from any form of abuse, violence, discrimination, or illegal behavior

2. Registration and Eligibility
Some programs may require registration. You must provide accurate information and meet eligibility requirements (age, location, consent, etc.).

3. Program Changes
Windsor Royalties reserves the right to make changes to program dates, times, or content when necessary. We will do our best to communicate any changes in advance.

4. Use of Materials and Content
Materials provided during programs are for educational and personal use. They may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

5. Liability Disclaimer
Windsor Royalties is not liable for personal injuries, lost belongings, or other issues that may occur during events or activities unless caused by gross negligence.

6. Media and Photography
Photos, videos, or testimonials may be taken during events and used for promotional purposes, with consent (see Media Consent Form below).

7. Termination of Participation
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program for violating these terms or creating an unsafe environment.
